Operator: GLP-101 is operated by M&M Ventures Ltd, a company incorporated in the Isle of Man (company number 135641C; registered office: Ferndale, Saddle Road, Douglas, Isle of Man IM2 1HG). In these Terms, "we", "us" and "the operator" mean M&M Ventures Ltd.
By downloading or using GLP-101 ("the app") you agree to these Terms of Use and to the Privacy Policy and Medical Disclaimer. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
GLP-101 provides lifestyle, wellness, education and personal tracking features only. It does not provide medical advice and does not create a doctor–patient or other professional relationship. GLP-101 does not diagnose, treat, prescribe, or recommend medication or dosage changes. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical decisions.
GLP-101 is not designed for and must not be used in medical emergencies and cannot assess emergencies. In an emergency, contact emergency services immediately.
Any reminders or schedules reflect only information you enter. GLP-101 does not recommend, verify or adjust medication or dosage and cannot determine whether a medication, dose or symptom is suitable, correct, safe or dangerous.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter. Reminders and summaries are generated only from your input and are for personal use and to support conversations with healthcare professionals.
The app is provided "as is". We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, availability, weight loss, symptom improvement or any health outcome.
The AI assistant (GLP-101 Coach) provides general wellness and educational information only. AI outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete and must not be relied on for medical, health, treatment, medication, dosage, safety or emergency decisions. AI conversations are not used to improve the service unless you separately opt in.
The app relies on third parties including Supabase (hosting, database, storage, functions), Apple (StoreKit subscriptions), and our AI provider Anthropic (Claude). No third-party analytics or crash-reporting provider is used at launch. Their terms may also apply. See the Privacy Policy.
Premium features are offered via auto-renewing subscriptions billed through your Apple ID. Price, billing period and any free trial are shown before purchase. Subscriptions renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends; manage or cancel in your Apple account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple.
You must be 18 or older. The app is not intended for children, for emergency situations, or as a substitute for clinical care.
You may export your data and delete your account and associated data at any time from Settings. Certain records (e.g. consent logs) may be retained where legally required.
Do not misuse the app, attempt to access others' data, reverse engineer security, or use the app for unlawful purposes.
The app, its content and branding are owned by the operator or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any decision made based on the app, or for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional.
We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified in-app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the law of the Isle of Man, and the courts of the Isle of Man have jurisdiction over disputes. This does not remove any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the law of your country of residence, which continue to apply. (Counsel to confirm enforceability across the app's global App Store markets.)
